The site is the exclusive property of Audio C Ltd.

hereinafter: the Company.

Anyone performing an action on the site declares that he is aware of the terms of participation therein and accepts them, and that he and/or anyone on his behalf will not have any claim and/or lawsuit against the company and/or the site operators and/or anyone on their behalf.

These regulations will apply to any use made by a user of the site and will constitute the legal basis for any engagement or purchase action made through the site. When a user enters the site and before

performing any purchase transaction for a product through the site, the user must read them carefully.

Use of the site will be considered as the user’s actual consent.

Purchasing products on the site

Any person and/or company and/or other legal entity may perform an action on the site if each of the conditions specified below is met in aggregate:

A person performing an action on the site is an Israeli resident with a valid Israeli ID card, or a company that is legally incorporated and registered with the Israeli Companies Registry, or a partnership that is legally registered with the Israeli Partnership Registry.

The person performing an action on the site is the holder of a valid credit card issued in Israel by the credit card companies operating in Israel.

Without derogating from the above, a prerequisite for approval of an action on the site by a participant

and/or user of the site is approval by the credit card company, through which the participant and/or user of the site undertook to make the purchase, for the purchase transaction to which it undertook.

Maintaining confidentiality regarding the user:

The company undertakes that the details of the order to purchase a product on the site and the details of the action performed on the site will be used for internal use on the site only and will not be transferred by the company to external third parties.

Although the site does and will do everything in its power to maintain the confidentiality of the information transferred to it by the customer, it is agreed that in the event of transfer of information to a third party due to a malfunction or in circumstances beyond

the control of the site, the site and/or the company will not be liable for any transfer of said information.

Miscellaneous

The Company’s computer records, which maintain a computerized record of all actions on the Site, will constitute prima facie evidence of the correctness of the information contained therein.

The Company stores “cookies” as part of the browsing process on the Site, the Customer is aware of this and by browsing, approves.

If there is an error in the product description, price, payment terms, product image or any other data and/or description, or an error in receiving the data from the order submitter, the Company may not accept a specific order, without any liability on its part.

Information entered by a Customer into the Site system will be used, among other things, to send e-mails regarding special offers or updates on the Site. A user who does not wish to receive such e-mails may contact the Company with a request to delete her name from the database of e-mail recipients as stated.

All information and/or display appearing on the site, including graphics, design, verbal presentation, trademarks, logos, icons, as well as their editing and presentation, are the exclusive property of the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used in any other way unless the Company has given its prior written consent.

The exclusive judicial authority in any dispute that may arise regarding the site and/or the performance of actions through it, is vested solely in the competent courts in the Tel Aviv District.

The regulations may be changed at any time by the site owners at their sole discretion.
