Platinum printing is in fact a monochromatic photographic process capable of returning a wide range of shades, among the most effective in bringing out all the details of the image, making it indisputably one of the most fascinating.
It is a laborious process that requires time, equipment and attention.
Entering the studio you have the feeling of entering a real workshop: the workstations and tools are organized in a functional way; the system itself becomes an integral part of this system, merging with hangers, worktops, lamps and various tools.
The rough plaster has been carefully painted and the colors mark the work phases: anthracite for development and printing, white for finishing and framing.
The photographer’s rigor and elegance are also visible in his atelier.
